What's happening?

With over 20 years of teaching experience in just about every branch that education has to offer, I have noticed something. There is a gap between the current technical education and the labor market. I have set myself the goal of closing this gap. Standing on the sidelines is not an option. The key word here is: CONNECTION.

The current developments in technology make it increasingly difficult for education to keep up with these developments. The labor market is developing at a rapid pace and education is trying to follow. Partly for this reason, the business community needs education more and more. After all, together they – education and business – must ensure that the connection to the labor market is and remains optimal. And that technical vacancies are ultimately filled, because that’s what it’s all about.

I see a challenge in this connection. This challenge takes shape through the development of teaching materials that are up to date and directly linked to the labor market. The goal is to make pupils and students enthusiastic for a technical job in the future.

Feel free to contact me, I would love to come by for a brainstorming session where we can look at the possibilities together. Because, there is always a solution.
